General Delivery Information
- Payment must be sent before any orders can be processed.
- We aim to ship orders within 1 working business day of receipt. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped out the next working day.
- Once your order is received & conﬁrmed you will be sent an email of your receipt and tracking number.
- All items within Australia are shipped with Australia Post. Due to CASA regulations, batteries and mods cannot be shipped via Express Post and need to via road. Please select either regular or signature shipping for these items. If you choose Express Post and an item of this nature is in your order, we will refund the difference and send it via Regular Post.
- Global Vape HIGHLY recommend using Express Post as it is quicker than Regular parcel post, even within Victoria. We do not control post times, once a parcel has left us it is in the hands of Australia Post so if you need something urgently please select Express Post to ensure it is delivered in the quickest time possible to you.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
All deliveries require signature on delivery. In the case that you are not available to pick up your package, Australia Post will leave a card at your residence with instructions to pick up your order from an Australia Postal Oﬃce. If you have a MyPost account with Australia Post you may be contacted by Australia Post prior to delivery oﬀering their Safe Drop service where you waive the requirement for a signature. * If you use this service, you have made an agreement between you and Australia Post, and Global Vape will take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items if you choose to use this service.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
Global Vape is not responsible for Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages. If your order happens to get lost, damaged or stolen we will do our best to assist you by providing you with the tracking number and shipment details. It is the customers responsibility to solve the issue with the Postal Oﬃce. Please understand that lost, damaged or stolen packages are out of our control.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
If you find an item is faulty upon receiving it, please contact us ASAP to arrange for a return. All faulty items will need to be returned for assessment, when it is confirmed the item is faulty return shipping cost will be reimbursed and the item can be replaced like for like or with store credit.
Customer details that are given during the purchasing process are kept confidential and will never be shared with any 3rd party. We may use your email to occasionally contact you with promotional material or to notify you of special deals/sales. If you do not wish for us to contact you please opt out during the checkout process or alternatively, click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any promotional email you have received or contact us and we will remove you from our marketing list.
